Individual Peanut Butter Whip Dessert

Peanut Butter Whip Dessert - Makes at least 5 or 6
(I made this one up one night when we had friends over - feel free to alter/change to fit your needs).
Ingredients:
1 - 8 oz. tub of light cool whip
9 tablespoons of PB2 (A crazy new product I found about a year ago, it's dehydrated Peanut Butter)
5 sugar free Hershey's individual bars
6 pk. of keebler individual graham cracker crusts

Directions:
Mix together cool whip and PB2 until powder is completely mixed in.  Spoon into individual graham cracker crusts.  Pop in a SF chocolate square in each - and you're good to go.  Nice and simple, the way I like it!

Quick couple of notes: Cool whip for wls people can be tricky.  Most people can no longer do the Fat Free after surgery, it doesn't sit well with us.  So go with the light on this recipe.  If you're in the same area in PA, you can find the PB2 at Stauffer's of Kissel Hill north of Columbia Ave or order it online. Kmart has one of the best selections of SF candy.  This is a very RARE treat for me and for some post-ops it can mess with your system, so tread cautiously.  I still only have 1 piece of anything at one time.  Finally, just a heads up, the individual keebler graham cracker crusts have 6 grams of sugar each, so maybe only have 1/2 of the crust if you're newly post-op.
