I got an early start this morning thanks to me not being able to sleep.  I was up bright and early, got my coupons ready and was at the store when they opened.  It paid off - had a great trip to Rite Aid and CVS where I got everything that I went for.

Would have been $16.97 at CVS. Used $6.99 in coupons.  Paid with $8.79 ECB. $1.30 total OOP. Made $15 in future ECB. Came out $13.70 ahead in ECB's.

Would have been $52.94 at RiteAid.  Used $15 in coupons.  Paid with $5 gift card. $37.85 total OOP. Made $20 in future +UP Rewards and will submit for $4.50 SCR. Also earned 10% off coupon on entire purchase to use by 7/31/11.  Came out spending only $13.35 with the +Up Rewards that I earned.

Overall, I actually made 35 cents today : )

Oh, if you're looking for other deals - Kohl's has recently marked down a ton of their stuff to 80% off.  I went yesterday for about 3 hours (shopped just about every department) and saved almost $1000 ($995 to be exact).  I got a lot of baby stuff, but some of it will go back depending if our little one is a boy or a girl.  Kohl's has the best return policy out there (trust me, I've fully tested it) so I loaded up.  To top it off, I had 30% off my entire purchase and a $40 gift card from Dixon for my B-day.  She knew exactly where I could make a dollar stretch because she was once unknowingly drug along on one of my Kohl's excursions :)  So I spent 206 and earned $40 in Kohls cash to be used in the next 2 weeks.  All in all, I paid 13% of retail with the gift card, cash back and clearance prices.  Very Very Happy!!!
